- All charges are per handyman.
- 1/2 hour minimum charge for a handyman & painter/decorator bookings and 1 hour minimum charge for plumbing, electrical & locksmith services.
- Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of £20 where applicable (Please note handymen will carry: screws, plugs, wall fixings, hooks, white & grey (all-purpose including wood) filler, white & clear sealant, washers, plumbing tape, electrical tape, connector blocks. These will not incur a sourcing charge).
- All materials will be charged at cost.
- Parking and congestion is charged at cost to the customer where applicable.
- We require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of £20 will be applicable.
- 100% guarantee if unsatisfied with the work completed, we will return to fix with no questions asked.
